SUMMARY:Portrait Sessions among the kites
DESCRIPTION:Portrait Sessions\nAmong the Kites\nOctober weekends  ·  Limited bookings available \n📷\nKites overhead. River below. Autumn light across the fields. A portrait session at Dakeyne Farm in October is something a little different — unhurried\, natural\, and quietly beautiful. \n\n \n\nWhenOctober weekends\nLocationDakeyne Farm\, Mount Denson\nAvailabilityLimited bookings\nIncludes5 edited images + canvas\n\n \n\nSessions take place on the farm grounds — among the open fields\, along the river trails\, on the hill with kites drifting above\, and in whatever corner of the October landscape feels right for you and your people. \n \nThese sessions are designed to be relaxed and natural. No stiff poses\, no hurry. Just good light\, a beautiful place\, and photographs that feel like the people in them.\n \n\nMany visitors know me from the sunflower maze — but photography has been part of my life much longer. \nI grew up in my family’s photography business\, Barndoor Studio\, where my mother spent decades creating family portraits\, graduation photographs\, wedding images\, and treasured keepsakes for families throughout the community. \nLong before Dakeyne Farm became known for sunflowers and kites\, cameras\, darkrooms\, and photo albums were part of everyday life. \n\nThis fall\, I’m offering a limited number of portrait sessions at the farm. The October landscape — autumn grasses\, open skies\, the river in the distance\, kites overhead — makes for something quietly extraordinary. \n \nSession includes\n\nPortrait session at Dakeyne Farm — kites\, river views\, open fields\, and autumn light\nFive edited digital images\nChoice of favourite image for a 16×20 canvas print\nAdditional image options available\n\n \nPerfect for\n\nFamily portraits & milestones\nEngagements & couples\nUpdated family photographs\nGrandparents with grandchildren\nAnniversaries\nAnyone who loves October light\n\n \n\n🍂\nBookings are limited\nOnly a small number of sessions are available each October weekend.
