It’s that kind of day. \n     \n\nWest Hants has always been a community of jam sessions. \nNeighbours have been gathering at community halls across the area for decades — picking guitars\, fiddles\, and banjos together\, passing the tradition from one generation to the next with nothing more than a free-will donation and a good chair. \nTuesdays were the old community gathering day at the Mount Denson Search and Rescue building just up the road. That tradition has since ended — but the spirit of it hasn’t. \nWe chose Tuesdays to honour that. And we thought — if so many of our neighbours are already gathering this way all week long\, wouldn’t it be something to have one great big one\, right here in the field\, and share it with the little ones who’ve never seen it yet? \n \n     \n\nOur hill is shaped like a natural bowl.Music doesn’t just carry here — it travels upward\, through the blooms\, into the open sky.We’ve heard fiddles\, steel drums\, old country songs\, and entire bands playing from the back of a haywagon.
