2023 Calendar Contest

Did you take an amazing photo at this year’s Sunflower Maze? Show us!

Enter our 2023 Calendar Contest.. open to Amateurs and Professionals of all ages.

Rules:

~ The photos must have a resolution of 300 dpi or higher. Anything less will not look good when printed, and therefore will not be accepted. They also should be 5×7 landscape instead of portrait. (sideways not up and down 🙂 ) It’s a Calendar.. and landscape works better with that format.

~ Any photos of folks breaking the rules of the maze will not be allowed. (especially ones off the path for that photo… seeing stepped-on flowers or picked flowers just makes my heart hurt, please don’t send those ones.)

~ One photo entry only… I know it’s so hard to pick just one.. so send me the one that speaks the most to your heart. If you send me more than one, I will pick the one that speaks most to me.

Send your favourite photo that you took while visiting our farm** to Contest@DakeyneFarm.com by October 15th, 2023 for a chance to be in our 2024 Sunflower Maze Calendar as well as a free pass to our 2024 Sunflower Maze.

We will post the pictures in one album on October 20th on Facebook for everyone to vote with their ‘like’ button.

Voting will stay open until October 27th and feel more than welcome to share your photo and press your friends to hit the like button as many times as you want.

The top 12 most-liked photos will go in our calendar

Most ‘Loved’  will win the cover.

**It doesn’t have to be of a sunflower.. just your favourite from your visit with us. Did you get a great photo of one of our signs? Kites? The cows with the Blankets? Ol’Red Steel, the tractor? We would love to see them..
