2022 Calendar Contest

It’s that time of year again. Time for another Calendar Contest! ☺️

Did you take an amazing photo at this year’s Sunflower Maze?

Enter our 2022 Calendar Contest.. open to Amateurs and Professionals of all ages.

Rules:

~ all photos must have been taken in our field this summer. Now that there are so many other Sunflower fields… World wide… How about we accept any sunflower photos.. not just ones taken in our field… and open this contest

~ The photos must have a resolution of 300dpi or higher. Anything less will not look good when printed, and therefore will not be accepted. They also should be 5×7 landscape instead of portait.

~ any photos of folks breaking the rules of the maze will not be allowed. (especially ones off the path for that photo… seeing stepped on flowers or picked flowers just makes my heart hurt, please don’t send those ones.)

~ One photo entry only… I know it’s so hard to pick just one.. so send me the one that speaks the most to your heart.

Send your favourite photo that you took while visiting our farm** to Contest@DakeyneFarm.com by October 31st, 2022 for a chance to be in our 2022 Sunflower Maze Calendar as well as one free passes to our 2022 Sunflower Maze.

We will post the pictures in one album on November 2nd on Facebook for everyone to vote with their ‘like’ button.

Voting will stay open until November 13th. feel more than welcome to share your photo and press your friends to hit the like button as many times as you want.

Top 12 most liked photos will go in our calendar

Most ‘Loved’  will win the cover.

**It doesn’t have to be of a sunflower.. just your favourite from your visit with us. Did you get a great photo of one of our signs? Kites? The cows with the Blankets? Ol’Red Steel, the tractor? We would love to see them..
